Society Executive Vice-President Chris Graham, IESO Local Vice-President Martin Hastings and Society members attended the annual Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC) Awards of Excellence. This event assembles energy sector stakeholders nationwide to recognize the outstanding achievements of innovative human resources leaders. The awards recognize achievements in leadership, HR innovation, workplace culture, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
The keynote speaker for the event was author and innovation strategist Shawn Kanungo who challenged attendees to “be bold”.
