The Society is proud to recognize Black History Month. The union’s Coalition of Racialized Professionals is hosting a lunchtime panel open to all members. The February 18 event will offer members the opportunity to:
- Learn about Black History in the labour movement and a timeline of Black history in Canada
- Hear a Black family’s history from the underground railroad to Nova Scotia
- Get tips on Black health and wellness in and beyond the workplace
