Voting will open on April 1, 2019 and close on April 15, 2019. The vote will be held online using the same web-based system used in the ongoing Society elections and that was used in the 2018 referendum. At the opening of voting, all members will receive their voting credentials by email. Closer to the date, the Society will provide step-by-step instructions and union representatives will be available during the voting period to assist any member who has difficulty voting.
