On Oct. 17, Society representatives attended the North American Young Generation in Nuclear (NAYGN) Canadian Regional Conference, “Nuclear 2050: Envisioning the Future of Energy," at the Ontario Bar Association in Toronto. It was an excellent opportunity for us to connect with emerging talent in nuclear and strengthen our ties within the sector. We heard from industry professionals who delivered engaging presentations around such themes as sustainability, innovation, technology, and global trends. The Society was proud to sponsor travel bursaries for two out-of-province students attending the conference.
