On December 16, 2022, following an extensive Pilot Project, the IESO introduced an enduring hybrid working model. 

Hybrid working increased employee productivity while reducing costs to ratepayers.  Ratepayers got more for less. 

We ask that you abandon the full-time, return-to-office mandate at the IESO and return to the empirically-supported hybrid work model.  At the IESO, hybrid work has been proven to work.
