The Society was out in full force to the International Day of Pink’s annual Gala.
The International Day of Pink organization exists to create a more inclusive and diverse world. They do this by encouraging young people to challenge social norms, ask more of their educators, and stand up against bullying towards their 2SLGBTQIA+ peers. The organization works with educators, politicians and organizations around Canada to spread this message and create young activists for this mission.
The Day of Pink day uses the color pink to raise awareness and fight against bullying, discrimination, homophobia, transphobia, and transmisogyny across the world.
