Society’s President Rebecca Caron attended Ontario Tech University’s Capstone event on April 13, 2026, where she delivered congratulatory remarks to celebrate the achievements of graduating students - the members of our future.
The program began with opening remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, who introduced Rebecca ahead of her address, followed by the announcement of award recipients. As part of the ceremony, Rebecca also joined in recognizing the first-place winning team in the nuclear and electrical engineering category, highlighting their outstanding work and innovation.
