16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence Campaign - Day 14

December 8, 2022

Day 14:

On the 14th day of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, we ask how can we hold our employers responsible for preventing sexual violence and harassment? As a union we are constantly fighting on behalf of our members to address issues raised in the workplace, and we work to improve accountability through the terms of our Collective Agreements, but there is always more to do.

Please refer to this article from the Canadian Women’s Foundation on how we can hold our employers accountable.
