The Society of Energy Professionals
An independent trade union which represents professional employees in the energy industry. The Society is certified to represent employees under both Ontario and Canadian federal labour legislation. The Society Pensioners' Chapter was formed in May 2005. Its primary objective is to further the interests of the Society of Energy Professionals’ pensioners and of the Society itself.

Canadian Federation of Pensioners
The Canadian Federation of Pensioners (CFP) is a not-for-profit, volunteer-driven organization whose membership is comprised of a growing number of organized pension plan retiree groups. The Society Pensioners' Chapter has been an Affiliate member of the CFP since February 2008.
Congress of Union Retirees of Canada
The Congress of Union Retirees of Canada (CURC) is a national inter-generational, voluntary organization. It acts as an advocacy organization to ensure that the concerns of senior citizens are heard throughout Canada. The Congress of Union Retirees of Canada was established at its founding Convention, held October 1993, in Toronto. Its Convention is held biennially. CURC has one of the Vice-Presidencies on the CLC Executive Council. The Society Pensioners' Chapter has been an Affiliate member of the CURC since May 2006.

Investor Education Fund
The Investor Education Fund helps people make effective use of financial information. The Investor Education Fund was established by the Ontario Securities Commission, the province's securities regulator, and is funded by OSC enforcement settlements. It operates separately from the OSC with its own Board of Directors.
Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care
The ministry is responsible for administering the health care system and providing services to the Ontario public through such programs as health insurance, drug benefits, assistive devices, care for the mentally ill, long-term care, home care, community and public health, and health promotion and disease prevention.
